Introduction

This is a follow-up email for Raju gari original email on “ManaBadi Sadassulu-2015”. The purpose of the email is to provide information on sadassu arrangements in Dallas and requesting you to provide required information in a timely manner which will help us better planning and make your stay in dallas a pleasant experience.

Schedule

July 17th – Friday – Team Building

July 18th – Saturday – Day-1 Conference

July 19th – Sunday – Day-2 Conference

We are planning “fun filled” team building activities for Friday (July 17th). If you have flexibility at work please plan on arriving on Thursday night as this will give an opportunity to spend extra time with fellow ManaBadi volunteers (once in a year opportunity).

Airport(s)

There are two airports in dallas.

Dallas Fort Worth Intl, airport (DFW Airport ) <— Preferable

Dallas Love Field Airport

Suggestion: We request you to choose “DFW Airport” as much as possible as it is more convenient from the logistical point of view. Love Field airport is secondary option.
